UF2 - fully parametric 2 x 5 band universal filter with integrated subsonic filter - special design, please enquire, made on order

The UF2 universal filter with integrated subsonic filter developed by Roger Schult is used to process stereo signals in mastering environments.

The way the UF2 works differs fundamentally from the function of conventional sound controllers. In addition to the variable weighting of all frequency components, the system's very precise filters with a maximum quality factor of up to 15 allow it to work very effectively without affecting the quality of the stereo signal.

The individual filter stages can be activated individually or in groups via solo switches, whereby the frequency, Q-factor and level parameters can be set reproducibly via high-precision ELMA® switches. High-energy interference is effectively eliminated with the subsonic filter at a filter slope of 36 dB per octave.

Applications
Universal filter tool for complex processing of stereo signals to change the frequency components of individual instruments and adjust the stereo image and its spatial resolution by processing the L and R sides differently.
